About the Role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our Customer Delivery team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing customer custom requirements, documenting user stories, validating feasibility, and working directly with the engineering team to ensure on-time and quality delivery of custom features.
What You Will Do
- Interfacing with clients and the delivery team to ensure accurate scoping of customer requirements.
- Creating user stories, documenting requirements, and communicating technical requirements directly to the engineering team
- Ensuring proposed solutions meet customer and business needs and requirements.
- Working with engineers to ensure functional and non-functional requirements of customers are met through any proposed technical solutions
- Costing and estimating custom development efforts needed to satisfy customer requests
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
What You Will Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in software engineering, technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product, business analysis or a related field.
- Product experience at a SaaS technology company (Preference for AI product experience)
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
