About the Role
We’re seeking a Customer-Facing Engineer with exceptional customer skills and a strong passion for emerging technology. As a Solutions Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in leading complex and strategic customer pre-sales engagements.  You will act as a thought leader and trusted advisor for customers in their journey from job based to skill based organization. You'll collaborate with sales representatives to create and deliver compelling presentations, showcasing the features of our products. 

As a Solution Consultant, this individual will have ample opportunities to expand their skills and contribute to the growth of the company during its rapid expansion phase. They will collaborate with various teams, including Product Engineering and Post Sales, and will be responsible for mentoring junior team members, nurturing their professional development.
 
What You Will Do
  • Independently analyze and address complex customer business challenges
  • Take the lead in executing high-stakes opportunities and guiding junior team members
  • Engage with customers to deeply understand their business needs and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of SkyHive
  • Lead technical demonstrations and effectively interpret insights reports, highlighting the full potential of our technology and product roadmap
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for end-to-end customer engagement and success
  • Document intricate client requirements, pain points, and opportunities in the CRM
  • Instill confidence in recommendations through expert-level product knowledge and strategic communication
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Delivery teams to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the SkyHive platform, including current and future features
  • Champion SkyHive's leadership in security, compliance, and ethical AI while maintaining a customer-focused approach

What You Will Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in a Solutions/Pre-sales role, with a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions and concepts
  • Extensive knowledge of HCM systems (preferably Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.), CRM systems, or other SaaS companies in the HR/talent space
  • Expertise in technical business documentation, including workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs
  • Familiarity with various system integration methods such as web services, SOAP APIs, and REST APIs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively mentor and guide junior team members
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, or German is a plus
